Winter Solstice Yoga Nidra meditation

The winter solstice marks the time of year where days are at their shortest and the hours of darkness peak. It is also a celebration of the return of light into our lives, as days slowly start getting longer again. This phase of increased darkness invites us to burrow down and recharge our batteries so that we are ready to embrace the new year as we look forward to brighter days ahead.

In this winter solstice themed yoga nidra meditation you will be guided into deep rest and relaxation as we explore contrasting qualities of darkness and light. This restorative practice of meditative self-enquiry promotes a deep sense of inner well-being and resilience, enabling us to better face whatever circumstances come our way in life.
