Developing our capacity to focus through yoga
Modern life and advances in technology make life easier in many ways. However with so many options competing for our time, our attention flits from one thing to another and it can feel overwhelming and unsettling at times. How can we become more aware of what we are giving our time to and better focus our attention on what matters most? Yoga practice offers us tools to improve our ability for focused attention so that we can be more present and engaged in everyday activities. One such tool is the gazing point or ‘Drishti’.
