7 week yoga series starting on September 7th on Wednesday evenings, 18:30 - 19:30 at Oldfield Primary School (plus online option). In this series of classes the focus will be on the feet and our connection to the ground. Explore how this relates to your ability to balance and develop a steadiness of mind. Each class will be a well-rounded practice for the whole body.
