Summer Solstice Yoga Nidra Meditation

This week we celebrate the Summer Solstice, the day of the year where the sun reaches its highest and most northerly point. June 21st will be the longest day of the year and the astronomical start of the summer season. This day is traditionally a celebration of light. It also reminds us of the cyclical nature of life as subsequent days will begin getting shorter once again.

Summer is typically a time of fullness, of heightened energy and activity. We can compliment this and restore a sense of balance with soothing practices of deep relaxation and meditation.

In this online session you will be guided through grounding breathing exercises and a calming meditation. Savour the healing and rejuvenating qualities of light whilst also creating space for rest and stillness.
