Journey Within - Meditation Course

We may not be able to travel very far during these unsettling times, yet we are always able to take a journey inwards and in doing so develop skills to improve our own inner resilience and well-being.

This nine week live online course incorporates ancient practices of yoga nidra and meditation that are adapted for modern lifestyles .

  • Each week we will introduce a different theme as you are guided to explore your own inner world of sensation, feelings, thoughts and emotions.

  • Use established meditation techniques to improve focus and concentration.

  • Develop skills that are supported by neuroscience, to help relieve anxiety and enhance well-being.

  • Play with imagery and memories to bring about positive feelings and personal insights.

  • Uncover deep feelings of calm and peace that can be accessed when needed, whatever is going on around you.
