We all experience times of increased pressure due to external circumstances or heightened demands that we place upon ourselves. This can be motivating and useful to spur us into necessary action. However when this pressure becomes unmanageable we can become stressed and overwhelmed and many aspects of our lives can suffer including our health.
This six week live online course (via Zoom) incorporates practices from eastern and western traditions to alleviate stress and promote mental clarity and well-being.
Develop an understanding of the body’s response to stress and how we can manage it.
Learn breathing and somatic practices to encourage feelings of calm.
Follow guided meditations to instil a sense of deep relaxation.
Discover a place within yourself that is at ease, secure and peaceful even when external circumstances are challenging.
