With its light-filled days and full blooms, summer is a time of heightened energy, fruition and aliveness. Yet the intense heat and early sunrises can affect our sleep and we may become tired and restless.
This summer themed guided meditation on July 24th at 6pm is designed to soothe the mind and body and cultivate a cool sense of calm. Open to feelings of vibrancy and aliveness and savour summertime moments of joy and connection.
This online session is open to all including those new to yoga nidra meditation. Please have blankets, blocks and cushions available so that you can be as comfortable as possible in a seated and/or reclined position.
