Spring Equinox Meditation - Exploring Opposites

The spring equinox signifies a time of opposites and balance, when daylight hours are equal to those of contrasting darkness.

In this yoga nidra meditation practice you will be guided into deep relaxation and invited to explore opposite aspects of sensations, thoughts and feelings. Becoming aware of opposites can help us to create a shift in our perspective and view a problem or dilemma in a new light. Discover a pathway through the middle to a place of greater awareness, balance and ease.

This event is open to all including those new to meditation. You will be encouraged to find a comfortable position, usually lying down and supported by cushions and blankets so that you can rest deeply, restoring mind and body.
