Here's what my clients say about One to One:

"I have found the breathing and relaxation techniques to be extremely useful in lots of different ways. It has helped me in some stressful and anxious situations that are out of my comfort zone, or if I get frustrated and need to be calm.  If I find that my heart rate rises I use the breathing exercises then I feel much better.   I use the techniques when relaxing in order to get to sleep.

I have found it useful when I am riding especially when I ride in competitions.  I need to be relaxed in order to keep my horse happy.

Learning a more effective way of relaxing and breathing more efficiently has been invaluable. I've learnt a lot more about my body than I knew before and would really recommend it."
